Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using EFENDI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. License

Each EFENDI purchase grants a limited, personal, revocable, and non-transferable software license for the duration you paid for. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the software.

3. Account

You are responsible for your account credentials and any activity performed under your account. One account per person. Sharing or trading accounts terminates your license without refund.

4. Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are considered case-by-case only if the product does not function as described and no reasonable fix is available within a reasonable time frame.

5. Detection risk

Software of this nature carries inherent detection risk. EFENDI does not guarantee an undetected state and is not liable for any consequences (including account or hardware bans) arising from use of the software.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, chargeback, abuse, or leaking the software. Terminated accounts forfeit remaining license time without refund.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
